Northern Trust makes Bridgman national leader

Northern trust has appointed Jim Bridgman as its national leader for foundation and institutional advisors group. He will report to Scott Dille, national director of client experience and employee engagement for wealth management.

In his new role, Bridgman will lead the group’s strategic development and execution across the US. This will include the delivery of integrated investment advice, banking solutions, asset servicing and new business development through consultative services to mid-size foundation and institutional clients.

Bridgman most recently served as managing director of sales and marketing for the Midwest, growing Northern Trust’s personal wealth business across the region.

In a recent statement, Dille described Bridgman as an adept leader that understands clients’ complex needs.

“He brings a strong history of achievement and expertise that I believe will support the continued growth of our foundation and institutional advisors group.”
